We reserve the right to change event details if necessary, although we will endeavor to keep all changes to a minimum. We will inform you as soon as possible of important changes, for example name or date changes. Substitutions may be made in writing at any time and will incur no penalty fee. Cancellations without a substitute delegate received a month prior to the event will be subject to a 20% cancellation charge. Delegates canceling after this date without a substitute delegate will be required to pay the full fee and no refund will be made. Cancellations must be received in writing or via email and will not be accepted over the phone.

Tobias Christen, CEO, DSwiss AG

Tobias Christen has over 25 years experience in IT Security, SW and IT product development. He began his career at UBS in a research team specialising in new internet technologies. He then went on to join a leading international security-software company – Stonesoft – where he served as Head of R&D, Head of Product Management, and CTO of the company. For several years Tobias was working at Zurich Financial Services where he built up new security architecture, and developed their IT risk strategy. Tobias gained his PhD degree in Computer Science at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH), and is co-founder of the “” community. In early 2008 Tobias joined DSwiss AG as CTO.  DSwiss AG is a worldwide leading provider of highly secure digital services. Luc Filip, Head of Discretionary Portfolio Management and Wealth Management Investments, Banque Syz

Luc Filip has 17 years experience in the financial industry. He joined Banque Syz SA in January 2015 and is responsible of the Wealth Management Investments Department and for the management of private client’s discretionary portfolios. Before, he held various positions where he was in charge of the management of special discretionary mandates, fund selection and for developing quantitative investment tools at BNP Paribas, Union Bancaire Privée and Reyl & Cie. Luc Filip is a CFA charter holder and graduated from the University of Geneva. He is also a lecturer in Economics.


Ekaterina Mavrenkova, Managing Partner, Henley & Partners

Ekaterina Mavrenkova is a Managing Partner of Henley & Partners, Switzerland. Before joining Henley & Partners she had a successful career at Asea Brown Boveri — a leading international group of companies specialized in power and automation technologies and at Landis & Gyr. As a Managing Partner of Henley & Partners Switzerland, Ekaterina is responsible for all company’s operations. She also performs business development functions for Russia and other CIS countries, including solutions ` research for customers who want to take residence in Europe, and advises clients on international citizenship.


Hubert Musseau, CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management in Switzerland and Emerging Markets

Hubert Musseau began his career at BNP Paribas in 1996 holding a variety of roles across the bank. He joined the Wealth Management division in 2005 as head of Risk Management and a member of the International Executive Committee. In 2006 he was appointed COO of Wealth Management until being named Deputy CEO of Wealth Management for Brazil.  He has been Head of BGL BNP Paribas Wealth Management since 2013 where he has ensured the growth of the business.


Andrzej Przewięźlikowski, Vice President, Director of Financial Services Division

Andrzej has an Engineering MBA and a Master’s Degree in IT, he has been working at Comarch since 1998 – starting as a programmer and system designer. In 2003, he moved to the US where he worked as a solution manager – building BSS/OSS solutions for customers in both North and Latin America. Armed with the market knowledge he gathered during that period, he returned to Poland to work as product manager in the Telecommunications sector in the areas of real-time service control systems, business process management and self-service solutions. In 2005, he became a manager of Comarch’s Strategic Research Center, where his main role was to create visions of new market areas and products, and coordinate Comarch’s participation in research projects. Since 2006, he has also held the position of Chief Technology Officer of Comarch SA At the end of 2007, he decided to move closer to the business side of IT and joined the Loyalty & Airlines Systems group in Comarch – taking the position of Application Consulting Director and transformed the organization to offer a wider range of products. Since 2015 Director of Financial Services Division and Management Board Member Comarch SA.


Michael Rogenmoser, General Manager Switzerland & Liechtenstein, Avaloq

Michael Rogenmoser joined Avaloq in August 2014. As the General Manager Switzerland/Liechtenstein, he is a member of the Executive Board and responsible for Sales, Key Account Management and Consulting/Delivery in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. He has wide experience in the international financial services industry. Before joining Avaloq, he had worked as a management consultant and investment banker for 12 years advising financial institutions on strategic matters as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Amongst others, he held positions at McKinsey & Company, UBS Investment Bank and Millenium Associates. He holds an MBA from the University of Berne, where he majored in corporate finance and information management. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and a member of the Swiss CFA Society.


Olivier Schneider, Partner, Orbium

Olivier leads innovation at Orbium and also oversees growth of operations worldwide covering Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. He has been instrumental in building and managing our network of fintech and regtech alliances and partners in the core banking, asset management, data management and cross border regulatory areas where he is a board member of several companies.


Tobias Unger, CEO, Avaloq Sourcing, Switzerland & Liechtenstein

Tobias Unger is the CEO of Avaloq’s BPO centre in Switzerland, which serves more than 25 banks. Avaloq Sourcing enables efficient banking operations as well as banks’ digitalisation efforts by leveraging the Avaloq Banking Suite. He joined from Falcon Private Bank, where he served as the COO and Deputy CEO since 2010. In this function, among other responsibilities, he oversaw the bank’s outsourcing of core banking IT and back office to Avaloq. Tobias Wagner, Head of Zurich Branch & Member of the Executive Committee, Societe Generale Private Banking

Tobias Wagner heads up the Zurich Branch and is a member of the Executive Committee for Société Générale Private Banking Switzerland. He spent 10 years at Credit Suisse in various senior management positions overseeing Northern Europe, North & West Latin America and the European business in Singapore. He joined Credit Suisse as Head of PB Strategy Development and worked as Relationship Manager Germany offshore. Before joining Credit Suisse he spent 6 years with management consulting firm Oliver Wyman. Tobias Wagner holds a Masters Degree in International Business Studies from the University of Maastricht and management education from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston.

The awards are open to: private banks, wealth managers and solution providers. Whilst focusing mostly on Swiss and International companies and individuals, a number of categories are open to European banks and providers too.

Submission Rules  
  1. Submissions can be made either on behalf of your own company or in recognition of a colleague or partner firm.
  2. Maximum of 1,000 words in Word format, no appendices.
  3. Entry must address the award category explicitly, not generic links to web sites, corporate marketing etc.
  4. Submissions should highlight the key differentiator and competitive nature of the project or implementation
  5. It is made explicit the Entrant, Judges and the publication will treat any and all information in strict confidence and any quotes or information to go into the public domain will be pre-cleared by the Entrant.
  6. Submissions made after the publicised cut-off date will be ignored irrespective of their relative merits.
  7. The Editor and Judges reserve the right to make no award for any specific category
