Alliance Data Systems’ card services business has inked a new long-term agreement to provide private label and co-brand credit card services to fashion retailer Forever 21.
To develop a credit program for Forever 21, Alliance Data will use insights derived from its analytics capabilities and expertise in driving loyalty through customer engagement.
Furthermore, Alliance Data through its digital and traditional marketing tools will also help Forever 21 deepen its relationships with cardholders by providing relevant messages using their preferred device and channels.
Forever 21 believes that its fashion-conscious shoppers will enjoy the benefits of a value proposition through the rewards generated by the private label and co-brand credit cards, as well as customer-friendly exchanges and exclusive offers.
