American Express has introduced the redesigned US Amex Mobile app, accessible on iPhone and Android.
With the redesigned application, the user experience is now native to each operating system, including iPhone 6 and 6 Plus optimization, and brings Amex Offers to the Android platform.
The app will allow the users to sign in faster with the Touch ID login feature, view payment status when logs in, access real time transaction activity in a timeline, access benefits and rewards information, access nearby Amex offers, and get instant fraud alerts.
The app can be accessed by personal, small business and corporate card members, who can download it from the App Store and the Google Play store.
American Express senior vice president, mobile products and services David Yoo said: "Mobile allows us to deepen our relationship with Card Members by helping them better access the benefits, rewards and security they get with American Express.
