Comdata, a Tennessee-based B2B payment solution provider, has partnered with Behalf and MasterCard to provide small- and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) with flexible and convenient way to pay their vendors.
The new initiative will improve cash flow for SMBs by providing transaction terms for their payments to merchants that accept MasterCard and are approved for participation by Behalf.
With the partnership, Behalf’s product benefit will enable SMBs to use a secure virtual card for both point of sale and online purchases while receiving convenient payment terms.
Behalf, which offers short-term financing, will pay an SMB’s vendor invoice of up to $10,000 per purchase, allowing SMB to pay back the amount to Behalf within 120 days.
Comdata senior vice president Bob Sneed said: "Our unique virtual credit card technology makes Comdata the perfect payment processing partner for Behalf’s expansion.
"Small businesses can pay their vendors quicker, while earning cash incentives just by paying their bills that can contribute to their bottom line. It’s a win for vendors as well as the small business."
