E-Complish, a US-based payment solutions provider, has teamed up with Blue Cross of Idaho to introduce a PCI Compliant DirectPay Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to the organization.
The DirectPay IVR process, which is Level 1 PCI compliant, will ensure encryption of all transaction information protecting consumer credit card data and increasing billing productivity.
The system will eliminate the expenses associated with PCI Compliance for encrypting a voice call that contains verbal credit card numbers thereby freeing up valuable resources for Blue Cross of Idaho.
Blue Cross of Idaho will integrate the DirectPay system with its existing call centre without disrupting any call center operation.
