Kuwait Finance House (KFH) launched a new debit card, Visa Infinite, to offer special privileges to meet the needs of important clients in the private banking sector.
A dedicated relationship manager will be assigned to each client to coordinate issuance of the card and act as the client’s personal banker for all other KFH services, reported Zawya.
Matthew Welch, general manager of private banking at KFH, said the new card provides clients with access to more than 500 airports lounges around the world, special offers and priority booking at various fine dining restaurants, a 24hr international concierge service to assist with reservations, ticket booking, car rental, taxis, and many others.
Clients will also benefit from emergency support services, including multiple-trip travel insurance with 24hr international support, referral to medical and legal experts who speak the client’s language, automatic warranty extension for purchased products for up to two years, as well as coverage for damage up to $5,000 per item.
The new card will have an initial validity of five years, with an automatic renewal option.
Ihab Ayoub, general manager for Middle East and North Africa at Visa, said: "As a leader in premium financial products, Visa is delighted to partner with KFH to launch the Visa Infinite debit card for the bank’s priority clients in Kuwait.
"We congratulate KFH on the launch of Visa Infinite, and we look forward to working closely with them to introduce more innovative products for cardholders in the future."
