Kiwibank, a prepaid card issuer in New Zealand, is set to implement i2c's payment processing platform to boost the capabilities of the bank's prepaid gift and travel card programmes.
Leveraging the i2c payment processing platform, Kiwibank will provide improved digital self-service options for its retail customers, as well as offer new self service capability for their corporate distribution channel.
Furthermore, Kiwibank will use i2c's platform capabilities to enhance cardholder engagement and communications.
Kiwibank head of cards Matt Winter said: “Kiwis have some of the highest rates of card and electronic payment usage in the world, so Kiwibank customers expect prepaid cards to be as feature-rich as any card they have.
“We're working with i2c to build the new features and digital capabilities that deliver an outstanding cardholder experience. i2c's capabilities in this area and their track record with complex processor migrations make them an ideal partner.”
i2c general manager, international Scott Salmon said: “The flexibility and reliability of i2c's platform means Kiwibank can quickly bring to market innovative solutions that engage bank customers and meet the future needs of the New Zealand market."
