Nexonia has integrated its Expenses solution with Prepaid Expense Card Solutions to provide enhanced payment flexibility and security for business expenses.
PEX Card is a corporate credit card that offers the company management control over transactions providing spend controls that businesses employ while providing prepaid Visa cards to an inexperienced staff, and a prepaid Visa card option for credit lines with pre-determined credit limits set by a bank.
Designed to prevent duplication and maintain accurate expense data aligned with categories, projects and other fields, Nexonia’s Expenses solution accumulates PEX Card transactions per day for users to link them to an expense item with full transactional integrity.
Nexonia CEO Neil Wainwright said that Nexonia Expenses integrates with all major credit or debit cards, but it also recognizes increasing use of prepaid cards.
