JCB International has partnered with Russian Standard Bank to ensure security for online payments made using JCB Cards in the country.
Russian Standard Bank will launch J/Secure, the 3-D Secure version for JCB Cards, to offer additional authentication of cardholders.
J/Secure leverages unique technology for secure online payments and data processing will be carried out on Russian Standard Bank’s high-tech processing server.

JCB originally launched the J/Secure 3-D technology in 2004 to boost protection for e-commerce transactions performed with its cards, and has since then expanded its offering to various cardholders.
