American payment solutions provider TSYS has acquired the remaining 45% ownership stake in its TSYS Managed Services EMEA joint venture from The Merchants Group, a Dimension Data company.
Formed in 2006 as a joint venture between TSYS and Dimension Data, TSYS Managed Services EMEA provides customer service, fraud risk management and strategy, collections, disputes management and back-office and help-desk services for TSYS’ clients through outsourced contact centres.
It has offices in Milton Keynes, UK; Coventry, UK and Barneveld, The Netherlands.
TSYS Managed Services, which focuses on providing outsourced business process and contact-centre services and support to TSYS’ international clients, is now a wholly owned TSYS company.
TSYS Managed Services EMEA will continue to be led by COO Mark Cleary, who will report to Dennis Jones, COO of TSYS’ International Services segment.
TSYS’ International Services segment president Gaylon Jowers said: "This strengthens our managed services presence in Europe and helps us deliver greater benefits to clients.
