Verifi, a provider of risk management solutions for card-not-present merchants, has partnered with back office payment automation solutions provider Data Support Systems (DSS) to enhance dispute resolution capabilities.
Under the partnership, Verifi will integrate its Cardholder Dispute Resolution Network (CDRN) for card issuers with the DSS TRIPS Dispute resolution platform. The integration will address fraud and non-fraud related customer disputes across the payments ecosystem.
Verifi’s CDRN, a Saas based chargeback management program preventing chargebacks and protects payments, offers services for merchants and issuers to resolve the disputes without stopping chargebacks.
While TRIPS Dispute solution minimizes manual processes associated with data entry, tracking regulatory mandates, customer service interaction, risk review, card network interaction and resolution.
