The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 2.28% in July 2021 when compared with June 2021.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops DXC Technology IT hiring in July 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by DXC Technology, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 81.73% in July 2021, and a 34.91% drop over June 2021, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 9.27% in July 2021, and registered a 15.42% decline. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 4.91% in July 2021, a 46.43% drop from June 2021.

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global technology IT hiring activity in July 2021 with a 99.51% share, which marked a 34.77% drop over the previous month.
North America stood next with 0.38%, registering a 133.33% month-on-month growth. South & Central America was the third leading region with a 0.05% share and a 50% drop over June 2021.
In the fourth place was Middle East & Africa with a share of 0.05% and a month-on-month decline of 66.67%.
Switzerland commanded a leading presence in the region’s technology industry IT hiring activity with a 98.42% share in July 2021, a 34.17% decline over June 2021. Italy featured next with a 0.55% share, down 23.08% over the previous month. United States recorded a 0.38% share, an increase of 133.33% compared with June 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead DXC Technology IT hiring activity in July 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 77.43%, down by 35.45% from June 2021. Mid Level positions with a 16.09% share, a decline of 29.76% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 6.43% share, down 39.49% over June 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.05%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
