NCR Corporation, a US-based omni-channel solutions provider, has launched a new mobile point-of-sale (POS) solution for micro merchants in the US.
Dubbed Ring Up by NCR Silver, the platform is aimed at providing these businesses with a simple way to manage the sales process and accept payments.
The credit card-sized mobile reader wirelessly connects to Android or iOS devices via the accompanying mobile app. It does not require headset jack.
The offering will also help merchants to set up a product catalog in advance, review total sales, send e-receipts and build marketing databases of opt-in customers, the company said.
To process the payment for Ring Up by NCR Silver, NCR Corporation has partnered with Worldpay.
The payment solution will offers customers live US-based 24/7 service via chat, email, phone and text.
