MasterCard has rolled out Digital Vendor Directory, a list of vendors that offers more options for MasterCard customers seeking digital payments services and solutions.
The Digital Vendor Directory has been created to help MasterCard customers identify vendors they may engage to more easily and quickly tokenise and digitise card portfolios and deploy their own Masterpass-enabled digital wallets, using the service provider of their choice.
Listing both global and regional vendors, the directory gives information about each vendor’s digital offering and geographical reach.
Moreover, each vendor has been allocated a level of standard, gold or platinum that indicated the vendor’s readiness level in integrating with Masterpass and with the MasterCard Digital Enablement Service (MDES).
At present, the directory lists a total of 28 vendors, including the following platinum or gold-level vendors, AEVI, equensWorldline, Giesecke & Devrient, Netcetera, Payair Technologies (platinum level), Sparkling18, uPaid and Ximedes.
MasterCard customers can access the directory through their MasterCard Connect account.
MasterCard senior vice president for digital payments and labs Kiki Del Valle said: “We have been a pioneer of digital commerce innovation for years and we are excited to be working with so many great partners to deliver new digital payment options to our issuers and cardholders around the world.
“Our Digital Vendor Directory will make it easier for issuers to learn about a wide range of digital offerings available to them, and is another way in which MasterCard is able to provide more choices for our customers and help bring digital payments for all cardholders.”
