SIX Payment Services (SIX), a Swiss and Austrian acquirer and provider of the mPOS solution mCashier, has integrated Payworks’ white label software development kit (SDK) for mCashier.
Since the SDK is working as an extension of the mPOS solution, it allows SIX to open mCashier up to independent software vendors (ISV) to deliver third-party integration.
Payworks said that the easy and smooth process enables merchants to use their mCashier accounts to accept payments immediately through credit or debit card.
Powered by Payworks’ latest payment gateway technology, the mPOS solution mCashier enables merchants to transform their smartphone or tablet into a convenient payment terminal; ensuring customers can make purchases using credit or debit cards.
Payworks CEO and co-founder Christian Deger said: “It’s been exciting to see our partnership with SIX grow and we look forward to future collaborations.
“As we continue to see traditional terminals replaced, we understand the importance of getting mPOS solutions to as many merchants as possible, whether via our clients directly or through an ISV – the introduction of the mPOS SDK allows for this to happen.”
