Nebraska-based equipment and asset finance software provider LeaseTeam is changing its name after nearly three decades in the sector, and will now be known as LTi Technology Solutions.
Jeff Van Slyke, president of LTi Technology Solutions, said: “We believe that [the name] LTi Technology Solutions more accurately reflects our business and the services we offer.
“Throughout the years, we have often referred to our company as LTi, so rebranding to LTi Technology Solutions will allow us to maintain the reputation and relationships we’ve carefully crafted throughout the years while extending our reach to those not yet familiar with what we do.”
Van Slyke said the LT in LTi “ensures that we will always remain LeaseTeam at heart”.
LTi Technology Solutions launched in Omaha in 1989, led by co-founders Russ Hallberg and Randy Haug. After beginning with an early mid-range computer solution, the company successfully launched the first Windows-based application for the equipment finance industry in 1992.
The company has been named on the list of the 5,000 fastest growing private companies in America from 2015-2017. It serves more than 250 financial organizations throughout North America and the United Kingdom, and is known for the ASPIRE end-to-end lease and loan management platform.
In the United Kingdom LTi Technology Solutions is headquartered in Reading, Berkshire. Of the international expansion, U.K. Business Development Leader, Brent Walmsley said: “Through our relationship with an existing customer, we have been able to begin to grow our presence in the U.K. and are very excited about the opportunities that await. These partnerships help clients to focus on growing their business, while we focus on providing the technology to make it happen.”
Last year LTi spoke to Leasing Life about the need to utilise technology’s potential as a time-saving device. According to a study by SHARP, outdated technology is causing profit and opportunity losses for businesses. On average workers would save 21 days per year with up-to-date technology.
