Hosted by Andrew Dixon, commercial director for specialist finance at Aldermore, the local MP was shown around the new offices and met the relationship management and sales teams.

Since then, the Bank’s presence has increased and it employs 32 people at the new premises.
The move to a new office location has seen the team expand with four jobs created so far this year.
The Banbury office will also welcome its first specialist finance apprentice later this year.
Andrew Dixon, commercial director said: “We are continuing to recruit and have already welcomed a number of new people to the team this year, and are very much looking forward to the arrival of our division’s first apprentice this year.”
