Pan European Asset Company (PEAC) has appointed Jackie Hooker, formerly of Aldermore, as a hard asset underwriter and Chris Leverett, formerly at Paragon Bank, who will work with existing and new brokers in the Northern region.
PEAC entered the hard asset financing market in April 2016, based in Bracknell and Dublin.
“PEAC are committed to supporting the UK hard asset broker market and with the new additions we are further advanced to meeting our goal of adding value to our brokers across the UK,” said Paul Bowden, broker director of hard assets, PEAC.
“It is essential we hire staff who understand the markets and speak the right language. It is great to hire two staff who share these values.”
In March, PEAC announced it had appointed three to its hard asset team: Paul Bowden, who joined the team in April 2016, to manage the lending proposition, Richard Tungate-Thorn to manage credit underwriting, and Andy Dunt joined the commercial team.
In April, Jeff Jones, former technology sales leader at GE Capital UK, was appointed to lead the lessor’s IT channel, and Peter Burcher, former account manager was recruited to the IT team to manage relationships. ()
