|Job Description:||J2250 – Our client is seeking a Broker Manager, Hard Assets to identify, source and secure asset finance business comprising finance brokers, business introducers, equipment suppliers and direct customers operating within Asset Finance.
The core objective of the role is to achieve targeted volume, yield, term and fees from their area of responsibility, by delivering outstanding customer service to Brokers, Introducers, Suppliers and Direct customers, whilst maintaining the quality of the asset finance portfolio and in line with all compliance requirements and internal processes and governance. Salary: £50,000 – £75,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, S, Eng.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Identify suitable sources of business (predominantly brokers), develop enduring business relationships with them and maximise the business opportunity for Asset Finance from these sources.
Minimum 3 years’ sales experience of asset finance market.
We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
