KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Process credit applications with funders.
• Relay credit approval to vendors.
• Populate customer documentation.
• Check executed documentation upon return and liaise with vendor.
• Manage vendor pay outs.
• Manage challenged credit applications – i.e. sourcing further information via vendor or from end customer.
• Handle all inbound customer queries.
• Manage FCA compliance and reporting .
• Assist Country Manager in general admin of the operation.
• Following up customers for outstanding information and execution/return of documentation.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Strong preference for FCA compliance experience.
• Experience of working for an asset financier or broker.
• Motor finance would also be a suitable background.
• Asset finance and leasing experience therefore a pre-requisite.
• You will have strong and proven Internal sales and / or Sales Support experience.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
