KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Check all documentation has been fully completed and signed as required.
Ensure documentation, invoices and all associated paperwork comply with credit approval.
Undertake delivery checks with customer where required by Credit approval/policy.
Complete Funding Checklist with 100% accuracy and sign to confirm.
Ensure completed Funding Checklist is signed off by further approve.
Be responsible for creation and management of Funding file for both equipment suppliers and broker commissions.
Liaise as appropriate with other Functions, especially Finance, to ensure equipment supplier payments and broker commissions are paid within agreed service level agreements.
Keep brokers or customers up-dated with payment progress as where required.
Work closely with the Sales, Operations and Credit teams and keep them appraised on current payout status and any issues they need to be aware of, or need to become involved with.
Identify and escalate any instances of fraud or other suspicious activities and report these to line management.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Desirable – knowledge of asset finance market – basic.
Essential – minimum 2 years’ experience of working in a customer service environment.
Desirable – minimum 1 years’ experience of working in asset finance market.
Desirable – minimum 1 years’ experience of paying out deals, or undertaking similar processes.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
