Telesales Executive – Asset Finance
We have a great opportunity for candidates with Internal or Telesales experience in Asset Finance or Motor Finance to join a large prestigious company; a market leader in their sector.
You will have proven quality, telephone sales experience and ability. You will need to evidence drive, ambition, tenacity as well as having the aptitude for a sales role. In addition you will be numerate, quick, have great phone/selling manner, interested in the whole picture and impact on the sales process.
The job also requires good administrative and data inputting too as the sales roles do involve own documentation and on-screen inputting.
In addition to an attractive basic salary there is a bonus scheme for the sales role up to 40% of salary achievable, this based on a discretionary scorecard performance management system. Plus great benefits
Asset or Motor Finance, banking or credit sector qualifications would be advantageous.
Internal Sales or telesales
Proven experience in a phone-based sales role in the banking or asset finance sectors or in a similar, quality, customer-facing role.
Knowledge of hire purchase and leasing is an advantage for this technical sales role, but training can be provided for candidates who demonstrate the right aptitude and flair.
