Insurers with innovative customer propositions and stellar service models are being urged to submit nominations the Customer Experience in Financial Services (CXFS) Asia Awards 2016, which is being organised by Timetric.
The CXFS Asia Awards 2016 are now open for nominations across 20 award titles recognising customer experience excellence in the financial services sector. Organisations eligible to nominate for the CXFS Asia Awards include:
– Wealth Managers including Private Banks and Independent Financial Advisors
– Retail banks
– Card Issuers & Payments Providers
– Alternative Financial Services Providers (e.g. Telco & Retail).
Sun Life of Canada (Philippines) won the best customer experience award for insurance at the Timetric 2015 Customer Experience in Financial Services Asia (#CXFSAsia) Awards.
