EMC Insurance Companies has chosen AI technology provider CLARA analytics to further its digital strategy.
The insurer will integrate the full suite of CLARA products to improve claims outcomes.
The full suite of products includes CLARA providers, CLARA claims, and CLARA litigation.

The technology vendor claims that its offering will enable the insurer to keep claims on track throughout their life cycle, thereby minimising loss costs incurred in claims handling.
Furthermore, the company claimed that its machine learning algorithms will make the insurer’s make claims operations “simple and efficient for adjusters.”
