MAXIS Global Benefits Network, (MAXIS GBN), the international joint venture between MetLife and AXA, has launched a new website, client portal and member portal.
The launch is part of the firm’s investment in its digital infrastructure as it looks to become the world’s leading employee benefits network.
It comes after MAXIS GBN opened its new head office in London in February 2017.
Alongside the new website, MAXIS GBN’s new client portal, OneClient, will provide clients with 24/7 access to reports and further services including access to compliance and market data on employee benefits markets across the globe, the ability to book report walkthroughs, meetings and webinars, and will allow clients to provide direct feedback to the MAXIS GBN team.
The new member portal, OneMember, will increase MAXIS GBN’s capability to engage with its members and help forge a stronger sense of community.
Members will be able to access MAXIS GBN’s client list and shared prospect pipeline, download all marketing collateral from one place, watch training videos and webinars and find other useful information such as access to the Bridge reporting and reinsurance tool.
The content within the new website has been revised, bringing information about MAXIS GBN’s network, solutions and thought leadership fully up-to-date. The website will host thought leadership created by MAXIS GBN including its new monthly Viewpoint series, webinars and health and wellness whitepapers.

MAXIS GBN was co-founded by MetLife and AXA in 1998 and delivers employee benefits services to clients in 110 markets around the world. In February 2016, MetLife and AXA further strengthened their relationship by combining all of its MAXIS GBN existing operations under a joint venture company.
