Renault has launched a range of 0% APR three-year PCP and HP offers, available to new car buyers until March 31.
On 0% HP agreements, Renault will contribute £2,000 towards the initial deposit. For the Clio range, 0% or 4.9% HP and PCP agreements will also come with a year of free insurance, underwritten by Allianz.
To qualify for the free insurance, drivers need to be aged between 21 and 79, and have earned a minimum of one year’s no-claims discount.
One example of how the finance breaks down is a 37 month PCP agreement for a £13,945 Renault Clio Play. This would involve a £4,388 deposit, £129 monthly payments with a final optional balloon payment of £4,913.
Other models that fall under the 0% three-year PCP offer include:
- Captur, at £149 per month;
- Koleos, at £199 per month; and
- Mégane, at £219 per month.
In all these examples, the PCP agreements were limited at 6,000 miles a year, with an 8p charge for every extra mile after that.
The HP and PCP offers cannot be stacked with any other Renault offer. To qualify for the offer, cars need to be ordered by March 31 and registered by June 30.
A few manufacturers have brought in 0% finance offers so far in 2018. Korean manufacturer Ssangyong welcomed the year in with a 0% five year HP offer for three of its models.
