Financial Sales Solutions Specialist
Location: North / south UK
We are seeking candidates with Asset Finance / Technology Finance backgrounds to join a major provider of technology solutions. There are two roles available in the north and south.
You will be assigned to channel partners based on geography, or market and be responsible for onboarding and ramping resellers in the UK such that they lead with our clients’ subscription product as the best customer and reseller solution, delivering sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.
• Proactively recruits existing reseller partners
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key influencers in assigned partner accounts
• Organises the involvement of resources, including support, programme management, and marketing resources, to meet partner objectives and drive reseller sales and marketing focus on Subscription business
• Works closely with Tech Data’s general account sales teams
• Activate our reseller partners to understand the benefit of our clients financing offers
• Trains and develops reseller sales, admin and support resources to be successful in offering subscription services as the core of their proposition
• Proactively works with reseller principles to develop agreed performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones to grow subscription volumes
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner requirements and works to fill gaps in the programme deliverables customised for each partner
Sells through and with partner sales team to end users to support the reseller to close financing opportunities
• Manages potential channel conflict with other resellers
• Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel
• Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
Accountabilities and performance metric:
• Recruits assigned partners into the subscription programme
• Drives activity volume of quotes, proposal and pipeline with assigned partners
• Drives target volume of subscription sales within assigned accounts
• Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings and positive feedback.
• Completes required training and development objectives
Your profile, experience, and qualifications
• College degree or equivalent
• Finance service sales track record – experience in credit and finance solutions
• Technology sales experience in IT, AV or related areas
• PC proficiency. Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other Microsoft office tools
