Role: National Sales Manager – Motor Finance
Location: Ideally North of Midlands
Role: £60k-£70k plus bonus, car scheme and benefits
Our client is a long-standing lender within the non-prime motor finance arena, they have an established introducer base, and are well backed.
As part of current growth, and strategic plans for the future, they are now looking to appoint a National Sales Manager to join their business.
As part of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a small sales team, and for the development and delivery of the strategic sales plan, which includes moving the company into the prime/near prime space.
Additionally, you will manage key introducers at senior management level, have significant involvement in product and process strategy, management of business P&L, direction and leadership of the team, and delivery and achievement of business and commercial goals, as agreed with the board.
We are keen to speak to senior sales leaders within the retail motor finance arena, who can demonstrate a track record of commercial success in developing business strategy, building solid broker/dealer partnerships and driving others to achieve success.
