Australian financial software firm Class has joined forces with Sydney-based investment technology start-up Simply Wall St to help advisors make better decisions.
The partnership will help clients of Class to use the start-up’s institutional quality market research to review their portfolios on a global basis more effectively.
“It provides users with a comprehensive suite of client focused infographics, that clearly explain the key metrics of their own portfolios at an aggregate portfolio and/or a specific holding level,” Class said.
Class CEO Kevin Bungard said: “This new solution delivers a unique combination of Class’ market leading portfolio and accounting reporting solutions for all entity types, with Simply Wall St’s innovative global portfolio visualisation capabilities, for both advised and unadvised clients.
“Simply Wall St is another great example of innovation in the wealth management space, and we’re excited to be part of this new integration.”
Simply Wall St analyses over 15,000 individual stocks in Australia, the US and UK as well as assesses investment portfolios to identify strengths and weaknesses.
Simply Wall St CEO and founder Al Bentley said: “Partnering with an industry leader like Class is a massive step for us as a startup. Simply Wall St was built out of the founders’ frustration with the current retail investing experience. Many SMSF investors face the same difficulties, so I’m excited we will now be able to help this group of people via Class.”
