Independent wealth management firm Crossbridge Capital has unveiled plans to roll out digital advisory platform for high net worth investors in Singapore.
The advisory platform will allow users to take control of their investments and access and manage tailored products matching their specific investment requirements, Crossbridge said.
The platform will be developed in partnership with various asset management and technology firms such as B2B platform provider Bambu and Pershing.
Crossbridge Capital co-founder and group CEO Tarek Khlat said: "Crossbridge Capital provides independent and client-centred advice to wealthy investors, backed by access to strong partners and intelligent investment solutions.
“Our new digital platform will bring the same philosophy but to a wider audience. It empowers clients to utilise the latest technology to manage their investments in their own time and without the high fees of traditional operators
Clients’ assets and funds will be cleared and held with Pershing, a BNY Mellon company.
Pershing’s service offering includes US tax reporting, which will allow under-served US expatriate investors living in Singapore to invest on the platform, apart from other accredited expatriates and Singaporean investors, Crossbridge said.
Crossbridge Capital partner and head of digital strategy & distribution Charlie O'Flaherty said: “Our collaboration with Pershing will enable us to offer the same bespoke investment solutions to U.S. expatriates that our other high net worth clients enjoy."
Crossbridge Capital, set up in 2008, manages nearly $3bn from entrepreneurs and families. The company is regulated in several markets and comprises offices in London, Singapore, Monaco and Malta.
