A team from Lebenthal Wealth Advisors has left the firm to launch a new independent advisory firm called YorkBridge Wealth Partners in partnership with Dynasty Financial Partners.
YorkBridge is based in New York City and Bridgehampton, and is led by managing partners Carrie Gallaway and Andrew Stern.
The new firm also includes Jeffrey Lane as partner, William Joseph as senior managing director, Barbara Doran as director and senior portfolio manager, Leigh Moglia as senior vice president, and Virginia Urdaneta as executive assistant.
"We believe that launching and operating our own firm is the best path forward to ensure a superior client service model and customized solutions to meet our clients’ needs. Our goal is also to develop a unique and bespoke culture for our employees. Now, with YorkBridge, we are able to invest directly in resources for our clients and our employees," Gallaway said.
In addition to Dynasty, YorkBridge has also formed partnerships with Schwab Advisor Services, and Fidelity Institutional Services for analytics and operational support.
Dynasty Financial Partners CEO Shirl Penney said: "Carrie and Andy and their team have substantial experience working together as an investment and advisory team and we are confident that they will have great success as an independent advisory firm. We proudly congratulate them on the launch of YorkBridge Wealth Partners."
