Chicago-based Financial Strategy Network (FSN) and Illinois-based WNA Wealth Advisors have merged to create a new independent wealth management firm, known as Private Vista.
The combined entity will be based in Chicago and have $1.2bn assets under management. It will have around 1,000 customers in 38 US states.
Private Vista partner Bob Westrick said: "We have set our sights on not only becoming one of the top wealth management firms in the Chicago area, but also emerging as an innovative company that truly makes a difference in our clients' lives.
“Private Vista's approach to wealth management differs from other, more traditional firms, added Westrick. We have broadened our focus beyond financial outcomes as a key measure of success to include a client's quality of life. Private Vista's personalized planning process and tools will help each client identify and attain his or her life hopes, dreams and ambitions.”
