Melville, New York-based wealth manager JJ Burns & Company has snapped up Syosset-based Emmes Wealth Management for an undisclosed sum.
Following the acquisition, Emmes founder and CEO Barry Goldberg will assume the role of director at JJ Burns & Company.
He will continue to oversee his client base as well as will be a part of strategic business development initiatives and strategic partnerships at JJ Burns & Company eventually.
