Accenture Interactive has joined forces with Adobe to launch new digital marketing solutions for financial services organisations in North America and Europe.
The new solutions have been designed to help financial providers rapidly launch digital experiences to onboard and activate high-value customers through engaging experiences, Accenture said.
Built on Adobe’s Marketing Cloud, these solutions are the first of the identified verticals to be launched as part of an agreement announced by the two companies in 2015. Under the three-year agreement, the two companies have committed to create digital marketing solutions for life sciences, healthcare and financial services organisations.
The partnership between Accenture and Adobe has supported the launch of customer acquisition solution for retail banking, property and casualty insurance, and life insurance solution. This offering aims to convert prospects into customers by making use of consumer behaviour and preference profiles to create cross-channel experiences with real-time messages and offers.
The collaboration partnership has also facilitated the launch of customer activation solution for retail banking, property and casualty insurance, and life insurance solution. Designed to maximise account opening, this solution consists of intuitive and personalized web and mobile onboarding methodology and technology.
