Agiliti from Fiserv, the technology platform for challenger banks, has signed its first client, Manchester-based Think Money
Think Money, set to go live in 2016, is the first in the market to have selected the Agiliti solution for its IT operations. It will enable customers to establish personal current accounts with unique budgeting functionalities and personal finance management.
Michael Aldred, director of Think Money, said: "In today’s fast-paced world, it is essential to deliver products rapidly and provide an experience that meets our customers’ needs whether they are. With Agiliti, we are able to meet our customers’ evolving needs with state of the art technology that is cost-effective and scalable."
Alan Birch, managing director of Agiliti, said: "Banking models are changing before our eyes. New banks are entering the market and existing banks are looking to improve digital channel capabilities and provide a richer customer experience. With clients like Think Money and others expected to be announced soon, we are changing the way banks manage their IT operations."
Think Money currently works with technology solution provider Intelligent Environments for its digital operations. A spokesperson close to the deal said that Intelligent Environments will continue to work alongside Think Money and Agiliti.
