UK-based payment institution start-up Dzing has launched a new mobile payment app to allow customers to conduct a financial transaction from their mobile phones.
Available on Android and iOS mobiles, the banking app allows cross-border transfers across the UK and Europe.
Through the new app, the bank aims to lure tech-savvy customers including international students, remote freelancers, overseas workers, and travellers.
It provides users with multi-currency accounts, card, and partner card options.
The app pioneers a ‘snack and share’ approach. Users can pick and choose many aspects of the product anytime.
Dzing interim CEO Max Kharchenko said: “We at Dzing are convinced that consumers deserve a financial services partner that evolves with them and anticipates their needs at every stage of life.
“We’ve combined the long-term savings uses of a traditional bank with the flexibility of a challenger bank, to support a truly modern way of living.
“The app will be the perfect, secure, and easy to use a companion for travellers, students, freelancers, and business customers, who want to be able to manage their finances and send money abroad from the palm of their hand.
“This product is designed to put the power back into the consumer’s hands, removing the worry of currency conversion rates and hidden surcharges for anyone abroad or travelling.”
Dzing aims to expand further through additional funding before the year-end.
