French security and identity solutions provider Idemia has made Smart Pin available to customers of Ditto Bank.
Launched in February this year, Ditto Bank caters to frequent travellers, cross border commuters, expatriates and students by offering multiple accounts in different currencies.
With this Smart PIN service, the Ditto Bank customers can access their PIN codes instantly in their banking app enabling them to use their card.
The new feature can also be used for PIN reminders and also eliminates the need to remember the PIN codes.
IDEMIA Financial Institutions executive vice-president Pierre Barrial said: “Digital technology has revolutionised many sectors and that continues today in the banking industry.

Besides this Smart Pin, Idemia has delivered the new digital bank a suite of products which includes Ditto Bank card and packaging as well as associated smart services such as the electronic PIN solution.
These solutions are expected to enable Ditto Bank to provide instant and borderless service.
