US-based Liberty Bank has chosen Accenture’s mortgage origination software to boost operational efficiency and compliance capabilities.
The lender deployed the new platform, named Accenture Mortgage Cadence Enterprise Lending Center, with an aim to consolidate its existing consumer mortgage processes and products into a single all-encompassing solution and enhance borrower experience.
Enterprise Lending Center has been designed to offer seamless integration to third-party vendors.
It comes with a complementary product suite, including the Document Center, Imaging Center, and Borrower Center, to streamline all document and consumer-facing processes through rules and workflow and offer a smooth origination experience.
The rules engine included with the mortgage origination platform delivers high-powered workflow and validation, as well as configurable compliance-driven checkpoints.
Liberty Bank retail lending executive vice president Thomas Hylinski said: "While we have seen steady growth throughout the years, we were searching for a centralized system capable of functioning as the nucleus, tying our various systems together in a harmonious manner.
"Now that we are live on the product suite, it has become very apparent that Accenture Mortgage Cadence’s platform will give us the lift we were looking for while providing advanced functionality that will allow us to more efficiently serve our customers – all while maintaining compliance."
