Texas-based PointBank has extended its alliance with VSoft by choosing its IRIS omni-channel banking platform.
VSoft’s IRIS platform features a responsive design while streamlining multiple banking channels under a single access point, thus phasing out the need to have separate solutions for different activities such as internet banking, mobile banking and mobile deposit.
This in turn, reaps cost savings and streamlines vendor management responsibilities, while the consolidation of products and the intuitive interface enhances convenience for customers.
The platform will facilitate a wide range of services including bill pay, P2P, transfers, capability to view check images and ordering checks, besides offering personalised services to the account holders in preferred settings.
Moreover, consistent data across channels will also help the bank gain better insight on customer preferences.
The lender has already selected VSoft’s CoreSoft to replace its legacy processing platform, as well as uses VSoft’s item processing solutions including remote deposit capture.
