The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), including its subsidiaries NatWest and Ulster Bank, have reported technical problems with their mobile banking app.
This is the second time this month that RBS, NatWest and Ulster Bank have experienced technical problems. On 7 March customers banking with the RBS group faced problems with their online and phone banking, cash withdrawals and debit card payments. It is reported that the problems were hardware issues and not related to the issues the group faced during the previous summer.
RBS have apologised to their customers on their Twitter feed.
Both Ulster Bank and NatWest have also apologised to their customers via Twitter.
Other Twitter users also used the social media site to express their frustration.
