Firstsource Solutions and Ulster University are launching the world’s first accredited degree in customer contact management. The degree will be a BSc (Hons) in Customer Contact Management and will be delivered through an online curriculum through the Ulster University Business School.
The degree will be available for enrolment from September 2015 and senior leader at Firstsource will become recognised teachers over time. The partnership allows up to 380 Firstsource employees worldwide to do the degree at a reduced cost.
Firstsource Solutions is a business process management company to healthcare, telecom and media, and banking and financial services industries. They employ nearly 27,000 people worldwide at 46 centres in the US, United Kingdom, India, the Philippines, and Sri Lanka.
Ulster University’s Business School has 6,000 students and was ranked 7th in the 2014 UK Research Excellence Framework.
