Fiorano Delivers Digital Transformation at Yusen Logistics

Fiorano Software, a leader in enterprise integration, today announced that Yusen Logistics, a global logistics provider, has successfully implemented the Fiorano platform as the integration backbone for all inbound and outbound client traffic with their warehouse management system, among other applications.

Fiorano business development director Mr Rajesh Rao said: “Yusen, Singapore chose Fiorano as its technology partner for building and creating a seamless environment to onboard its new customers. After a rigorous evaluation of various options, Fiorano was chosen as their Platform for exchanging data in real-time with Customers, Partners and Warehouses.”

Yusen Logistics provides freight forwarding and solutions ranging from stand-alone operations to global supply chains. Yusen’s customers used manually coded protocols including CSV, EDI to place purchase orders, creating operational problems and service delivery challenges. They needed to implement custom integrations for each customer. Using Fiorano’s innovative digital business platform that integrates applications and complex technologies into an enterprise nervous system, Yusen can now turn around customer onboarding solutions in just 24 hours or less, irrespective of the data formats used by its customers. With Fiorano ESB’s visual tools and codeless environment, Yusen engineers can dramatically improve productivity and compress time-to-market. Custom APIs are now being deployed to further drive digital transformation within the Yusen ecosystem, enabling seamless interaction with suppliers giving it a competitive advantage and driving top line profitability.
