Germany-based multinational engineering and electronics company Siemens has announced the opening of its new Charlotte Advanced Technology Collaboration Hub (Catch) in Charlotte, North Carolina, US. The research and development hub will focus on working with key machine builders, end-users and US national laboratories to accelerate their adoption of additive manufacturing (AM).

​In addition, Siemens has established partnerships with industrial 3D printer manufacturers ExOne, Xerox and Roboze to ensure access to the most advanced hardware on the market.
