Quantum computing software company Classiq has announced the completion of a strategic funding round with participation from AMD Ventures, Qualcomm Ventures, and IonQ.
Financial institutions including Mirae Asset Capital, LeumiTech77 by Bank Leumi, and Quantum Eretz also took part in the round.

The investment brings Classiq’s total funding to more than $200m.
According to Classiq, the new capital will be used to expand its global operations and strengthen collaborations with both private and public sector partners.
AMD Ventures head Sagi Paz said: “Our investment in Classiq underscores our focus on advancing the future of heterogeneous computing.
“We believe that high-level quantum software will play a key role in enabling the seamless integration of quantum and classical HPC systems, and we look forward to collaborating with Classiq to further strengthen the software ecosystem supporting this convergence.”

Classiq’s platform is used by organisations seeking to move quantum computing projects from experimental stages to practical implementation.
The company’s technology integrates with quantum hardware providers, cloud platforms, and high-performance computing environments.
Qualcomm Ventures Israel and Europe managing director and Qualcomm Israel senior investment director Boaz Peer said: “Classiq’s platform aligns with our vision of enabling intelligent edge and cloud systems, and we’re excited to support their efforts in making quantum development more accessible, portable, and optimised for diverse workloads.”
Classiq has established collaborations with technology firms such as Nvidia, Microsoft, and Amazon Web Services (AWS), and works with clients including BMW Group, Comcast, Rolls Royce, and SoftBank.
The company noted that its platform is designed to support both new and experienced teams, providing tools for algorithm design, software optimisation, and deployment across various computing infrastructures.
Classiq CEO and co-founder Nir Minerbi said: “This investment represents the trust we are seeing from the companies shaping the future of computing.
“As quantum hardware continues to mature, the need for scalable, efficient software becomes even more critical. Our new AI coding feature is another example of how we are making quantum software more approachable than ever.”
In May 2025, Classiq raised $110m in its Series C funding round.
The company said that it will use the capital to expand its go-to-market strategies, enhance customer success initiatives, and strengthen its research and development teams.
