The agreement includes global co-selling of these solutions and collaboration on significant deals within these sectors.

In addition, the partnership will see Cognizant and Microsoft embedding agentic AI and Copilot features into key business processes, supported by Work IQ, Foundry IQ and Fabric IQ.

This initiative aims to influence productivity, customer experience and operational resilience. It also builds on Cognizant’s Neuro AI Suite offerings, which leverage Microsoft cloud and AI services.

To support this initiative, Cognizant will promote the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and GitHub Copilot across its consulting and delivery teams, while providing training for associates in Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry and relevant technologies.

The collaboration will further utilise Cognizant’s proprietary platforms such as TriZetto, Skygrade and FlowSource to drive sector-specific developments and updates in software engineering.
