L&T Technology Services (LTTS) has expanded its partnership with Siemens to develop AI-driven solutions for process engineering and smart manufacturing.

The collaboration will leverage Siemens’ digital platforms, including TIA Portal, Tecnomatix, and Industrial Edge, in combination with LTTS’ AI-enabled engineering capabilities.

The objective is to deliver simulation-based automation and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions across sectors such as automotive and transportation, process and plant engineering, and industrial products.

The agreement seeks to integrate LTTS’ AI engineering capabilities with Siemens’ established platforms to facilitate digital transformation initiatives for clients.

The companies expect these efforts to support increased accuracy in system design and to promote more informed decision-making processes in manufacturing operations.

Both companies have a ten-year history of collaboration in engineering services.

Through the expanded partnership, they intend to address industry demand for greater accuracy in system design and enable predictive manufacturing processes at scale.

The effort forms part of LTTS’ sustainability segment, which includes process engineering, discrete manufacturing, and industrial products.
