Honeycomb has entered into a three-year strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS), aiming to enhance observability for enterprise users through the integration of high-fidelity data with AI-driven insights.
The agreement is set to support AWS and Honeycomb customers by helping development teams improve application performance, manage cloud costs, and build more resilient AI-based systems.

The collaboration allows organisations to use Honeycomb’s tools with AWS infrastructure to streamline incident response, identify root causes in distributed systems, and deploy changes in cloud environments.
Customers can access Honeycomb through the AWS Marketplace under the AI Agents and Tools category, using Honeycomb’s Hosted Model Context Protocol Server to facilitate their AI projects.

By GlobalDataHoneycomb’s observability suite, Honeycomb Intelligence, operates on Amazon Bedrock, AWS’s platform designed for developing generative AI applications and agents.
The company also utilises AWS Lambda as part of its service offering. Among its enterprise clients is Nubank, a digital financial services provider that depends on partnerships aligned with its pace of innovation.
According to Honeycomb and AWS, the collaboration is intended to provide customers across multiple sectors with increased flexibility and business value by leveraging combined capabilities in observability and AI technology.
