A recently granted patent (Publication Number: US11960663B2) describes a unique computer mouse design that includes a base module with a cover, a locking system, a front sliding lock, a multi-pivot system, and a button clicking module. The mouse also features a case module that can be attached to the base module using a magnetic attaching system and the locking system. The multi-pivot system allows for movement in front/back and left/right directions, enabling the button clicking module to be oriented in various directions and tilted to different angles.

Furthermore, the patent details the ability for users to replace the case module with another one, as well as the inclusion of a spring loading module within the multi-pivot system. This spring loading module exerts a force on the button clicking module to maintain a neutral position when the case module is attached to the base module. Additionally, the case module is designed to pop off when the locking system is released, providing a user-friendly experience. The locking system, accessible via the bottom surface of the mouse, comprises a slider that can be slid between positions to lock or unlock the case module, enhancing the overall functionality of the computer mouse.
