Oracle has introduced Fusion Claw, a governed agentic execution runtime designed for Oracle Fusion Agentic Applications.
The company said Fusion Claw brings together AI reasoning and deterministic enterprise computation, aiming to help customers complete complex work at scale.

Fusion Claw is now available to Oracle Fusion Applications customers through 25 new Claw-powered agentic applications.
These additions, which allow for reasoning, adaptation, computing, and execution of specialised work, cover tasks such as deep research, simulation, computation, modelling, and continuous replanning.
This development increases Oracle’s portfolio of agentic applications to a total of 75, all focused on coordinating and carrying out end-to-end business processes.
The applications are intended to process workloads where users define objectives, authorisations, and accountability, while the agentic applications organise the path to the intended result.
According to Oracle, Fusion Claw can support larger scale, longer-running tasks, and increased governed autonomy by delivering continuous replanning and deterministic execution.
Oracle CEO Mike Sicilia said: “Every organisation is looking at AI and asking the same question: how can we use it to create measurable value for our business?
“Fusion Claw helps answer that question by moving from AI assistance to execution, enabling customers to automate increasingly complex work across their most important business processes, with enterprise-grade governance.
“By letting AI take on more of the work, while people set the objectives and guardrails, organisations can unlock tremendous capacity for their teams to focus more on driving growth, innovation, and serving customers.”
Fusion Claw introduces an Enterprise Operating Envelope which governs autonomous operations by embedding an organisation’s objectives, procedures, policies, constraints, risk thresholds, and authorisation requirements into each process.
This governance is implemented by an Outcome Trust Harness, controlling identity, data, and actions for each task.
Upon completion, an Outcome Receipt provides an auditable record of the actions taken, authority applied, and decisions made.
The new Claw-powered applications cover areas including finance, HR, supply chain, and sales.
Examples include tools for financial reconciliation, workforce staffing, shipping consolidation, and sales territory planning.
All run on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and leverage frontier AI models such as Gemini and OpenAI, with plans for additional model support.
These new offerings form part of the broader Oracle Fusion AI ecosystem, which also features Oracle AI Agent Studio for managing agentic applications. The ecosystem includes both no-code and pro-code development tools, with integrated observability, ROI measurement, and safety controls.
Earlier this month, Oracle reported net income available to common shareholders of $4.68bn for the first quarter of fiscal 2027 (Q1 FY27), a 60% increase from $2.93bn in the same period the previous year.
