US tech major Salesforce recorded revenue of $10.3bn for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026 (Q3 FY26), ending 31 October 2025, up from $9.4bn in the same period last year.

This represents a year-over-year increase of 9% and 8% in constant currency.

Net income for the quarter reached $2.08bn, compared to $1.52bn a year earlier.

Operating expenses totalled $5.8bn, up from $5.4bn in the previous year’s third quarter.

The company reported operating cash flow of $2.3bn for the quarter, a 17% increase year-over-year, and free cash flow of $2.2bn, up 22%.

Annual recurring revenue for Agentforce and Data 360 reached nearly $1.4bn, which is a 114% rise compared to last year.

Agentforce’s annual recurring revenue surpassed half a billion dollars in the quarter, marking a 330% increase year-over-year.

Since the introduction of Agentforce, Salesforce has closed more than 18,500 deals for the AI agent platform, with over 9,500 paid deals, an increase of 50% compared to the previous quarter.

Agentforce processed more than 3.2 trillion tokens through its large language model gateway during the period.

Salesforce said that it returned $4.2bn to shareholders during the quarter through share repurchases totalling $3.8bn and dividends of $395m.

Salesforce chair and CEO Marc Benioff said: “We are raising fiscal year 2026 revenue guidance to $41.45bn to $41.55bn, and Q3 cRPO was exceptional, up 11% year-over-year at $29.4bn, signalling a powerful pipeline of future revenue.

“Our Agentforce and Data 360 products are the momentum drivers, hitting nearly $1.4bn in ARR—an explosive 114% year-over-year gain.

“We now have over 9,500 paid Agentforce deals and 3.2 trillion tokens processed, underscoring our leadership in building the Agentic Enterprise and driving real outcomes.”

The company has updated its full-year fiscal 2026 revenue guidance to between $41.45bn and $41.55bn, representing an expected increase of 9% to 10% year-over-year.

This includes approximately 9% growth in constant currency and an estimated contribution of about 80 basis points from Informatica.
